LiveLead AI ("LiveLead", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
1. Information We Collect
- Account information: your name, email address, password (hashed), and authentication metadata.
- Business information: business name, type, services, contact details, hours, and other configuration you provide.
- Lead and customer data: names, phone numbers, email addresses, message content, and call records you import or that arrive through integrations.
- Billing information: processed and stored by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full payment card numbers.
- Usage data: pages visited, feature usage, device/browser type, IP address, and timestamps.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide, operate, and improve the LiveLead AI service.
- To generate AI-assisted messages, follow-ups, and recommendations on your behalf.
- To send transactional emails (account, billing, security, product updates).
- To prevent fraud, abuse, and to comply with legal obligations.
- To respond to support requests.
3. Third-Party Services
We rely on the following sub-processors to operate the service:
- Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
- Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing.
- OpenAI (and other LLM providers via our AI gateway) — generation of message drafts and AI insights.
- Twilio — SMS delivery and missed-call handling.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Cloudflare — application hosting and CDN.
Each provider has its own privacy policy and processes data according to its terms.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the sub-processors listed above, with service providers acting on our behalf, or when required by law.
5. Data Retention
We retain account and business data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing us.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@livelead.org.
7. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, row-level security, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, however.
8. Children
LiveLead AI is not intended for use by anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
