1. Who we are

LiveLead AI is operated by Skye Ajax ("we", "us", "our"). We act as the data controller for personal data we collect from users of the LiveLead AI service ("Service"). You can contact us at hello@leadrevive.ai.

2. Personal data we collect

  • Account data: name, business name, email address, hashed password, authentication identifiers.
  • Workspace content: leads, contacts, messages, call records, appointments, reviews, templates and other content you create or upload.
  • Usage & telemetry: pages visited, features used, device and browser information, IP address, approximate location, timestamps, error and diagnostic logs.
  • Support data: messages you send us and metadata about that correspondence.
  • Billing data: handled by our reseller Paddle. We receive only limited information such as plan, billing country, subscription status, and the last 4 digits of the card. We do not store full card details.

3. How we use your data

  • To create your account and provide the Service (legal basis: performance of a contract).
  • To process payments, manage subscriptions, and handle tax and invoicing via Paddle (contract / legal obligation).
  • To secure the Service, prevent fraud and abuse, and maintain logs (legitimate interests).
  • To improve features, fix bugs, and analyse aggregated usage (legitimate interests).
  • To provide customer support (contract / legitimate interests).
  • To send service-related and, where permitted, marketing communications (consent or legitimate interests; you can opt out at any time).

4. Who we share data with

  • Paddle.com Market Ltd — our Merchant of Record, which handles checkout, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, invoicing and refunds.
  • Infrastructure & service providers — hosting, database, email delivery, error monitoring, analytics, and customer support tooling, each acting as our processor.
  • Professional advisers — legal, accounting and compliance advisers when needed.
  • Authorities — when required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service.

5. International transfers

Some of our processors may be located outside your country. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK / EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an applicable adequacy decision.

6. Data retention

We keep personal data only for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise associated workspace data within a reasonable period, except where retention is legally required (e.g. tax records held by Paddle).

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. EEA/UK users also have the right to lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority. To exercise any right, email us at hello@leadrevive.ai. We respond within one month.

8. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege principles — to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. We may also use limited analytics cookies to understand product usage. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

10. Changes

We may update this notice from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email.
