Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using LiveLead AI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LiveLead AI provides AI-assisted lead follow-up, missed-call recovery, automated messaging, review requests, scheduling, and related tools for local service businesses.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for safeguarding your credentials.

4. User Obligations & Acceptable Use

• You must comply with all applicable laws, including telemarketing, anti-spam (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR), and consumer protection laws.
• You must have lawful basis and prior consent to contact any lead or customer through the Service.
• You may not use the Service to send unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or harmful content.
• You may not reverse engineer, resell, or attempt to disrupt the Service.

5. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses third-party AI models to generate message drafts and suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before it is sent. We do not guarantee that AI output will be accurate, appropriate, or compliant with your local laws.

6. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring (monthly or annual) basis via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal until you cancel. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice.

7. Free Trial

New accounts may receive a 14-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your paid subscription begins automatically at the standard rate.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you retain access until then.

9. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, abuse the Service, or fail to pay. You may close your account at any time.

11. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights in the Service, software, and brand. You retain all rights in the business data and content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIVELEAD AI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold LiveLead AI harmless from any claim arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
