Terms of Service
Last updated: May 23, 2026
1. Who you are contracting with
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "user") and Skye Ajax ("we", "us", "our"), trading as LiveLead AI. By creating an account, accessing or using LiveLead AI (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. The Service
LiveLead AI provides tools to help local businesses recover missed leads, automate replies, book appointments, and collect reviews. Specific features depend on the plan you subscribe to.
3. Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.
- You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into a binding contract.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, harmful, or abusive purposes;
- send spam or messages that violate applicable communications, marketing or anti-spam laws;
- infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party;
- upload malware, attempt to gain unauthorised access, probe, scan or scrape the Service;
- reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or circumvent technical limits of the Service.
5. AI features
The Service includes AI-generated content (replies, summaries, drafts). You are responsible for the prompts and inputs you submit, for reviewing outputs before use, and for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and must not be relied on as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. We may filter, restrict, or refuse outputs and may suspend accounts that repeatedly misuse AI features.
6. Intellectual property
We retain all rights in the Service, including software, documentation, branding and associated IP. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms and your plan. You retain ownership of content you upload; you grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service.
7. Payments, billing and subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, subscription renewal, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings or via paddle.net.
8. Free trial
Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the plan you selected.
9. Refunds
See our Refund Policy. Refunds are processed by Paddle.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from your settings. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete your data after a reasonable export window.
11. Service level and disclaimers
We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
12. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us (or to Paddle on our behalf) in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
14. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Skye Ajax is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections available to you.
16. Miscellaneous
You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond their reasonable control (force majeure).
