Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day free trial. After that, subscriptions are non-refundable unless required by law. You can cancel anytime from your billing dashboard.

Free Trial

Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial of the plan you select. You will not be charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will never be billed.

Subscriptions

Once your trial ends, your subscription renews automatically at the published rate. All subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partially used billing periods, except where required by applicable law.

How to Cancel

You can cancel at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard, or by clicking "Manage Billing" to open the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access to the Service until then.

Exceptions

If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a billing mistake), contact us within 30 days and we will investigate and issue a refund where appropriate.
